Goalkeeper Richard Attah has joined Hearts of Oak days after leaving Elmina Sharks as a free agent.
The Phobians announced the new signing on Sunday afternoon, saying he signed a long term deal:

The 24-year-old, who kept an impressive 21 clean sheets in 31 home matches for Sharks, is expected to take over the number one spot at Hearts.
Attah will be competing with Richmond Ayi, Benjamin Mensah and Richard Baidoo.
Hearts are stepping up preparations for the start of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League on December 28.
