Ghana coach Evans Adotey has named a provisional squad of 36 players for camping towards the 2018 Fifa Under-17 Women’s World Cup in Uruguay later this year.
The Black Maidens will officially kick off their preparations at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram on Monday.
The invited players include four members of the Ghana squad at the last edition of the U-17 Women’s World Cup in Jordan two years ago. They are Soccer Intellectual Ladies Goalkeeper Selina Amusilie, Valued Girs defender Nina Norshie, Lepo Ladies midfielder Fuseina Mununi and Hasaacas Ladies forward Rafia Alhassan who just returned from the U-20 Women’s World Cup in France.
The 2018 Fifa Under-17 Women’s World Cup is slated for November 13 to December 1.
