Italian topflight side Sassuolo Calcio have announced completing the signing of Kevin-Prince Boateng from Eintracht Frankfurt.
“The Sassuolo Calcio Sports Union announces that it has completed the following market operation: Boateng Kevin-Prince (midfielder) acquired permanently from Eintracht Frankfurt,” a club statement read on Thursday.
“The player will be presented to the press tomorrow Friday, July 6 at 3 pm at the Seminar Room of the Mapei office in Via Valle d’Aosta, 46 in Sassuolo.”
In his only season, Boateng made 31 league appearances, involving 27 starts, and scored six goals to help Frankfurt finish eighth on Bundesliga table and also secure the German Cup last term.
He now makes a return to the Serie A where he has previously featured for Genoa and AC Milan.
