Coach Kwasi Appiah has named his squad for the Black Stars’ upcoming international friendly matches against Japan and Iceland.
The Samurai Blue will first host the Stars at the Nissan Stadium on May 30 before the team heads to Europe to face Iceland on June 7.
The Black Stars’ opponents are using the games to prepare for the World Cup next month in Russia.
Ghana will also use the games as part of preparations for their upcoming 2019 Afcon qualifying games in September.
Kwasi Okyere Wriedt and Emmanuel Boateng have been handed debut call-ups in the 21-man squad.
