Ghana’s Black Queens have been pitted against hosts Cote d’Ivoire in Group A of the inaugural West African Football Union (Wafu) Women’s Championship.
Burkina Faso and Niger complete the group.
Group B has reigning African champions Nigeria, Benin, Senegal and Togo.
The first ever Wafu Women’s Cup is to be held in the capital city of Abidjan.
The eight-nation competition is scheduled for February 10–24.
