The Chief Executive Officer for Karela United, Samuel Cudjoe Saforo says his outfit is putting structures in place ahead of their maiden Premier League campaign next season.
The Nzema-based side, last Sunday, whipped former Premier League campaigners King Faisal 4-1 to seal qualification to Ghana’s top flight.
Karela has opened a 20-point gap ahead of second placed team New Edubiase with just five games to end the league.
Karela United have amassed 64 points and are in a very comfortable position going into the final games of the season. They can afford to lose their last five games and would still go unscathed as the Division One Zone 2 ticket has been firmly grabbed.
Samuel Cudjoe reveals plans are in place to sustain them in the Premier League.
“First of all, we have to put proper structures in place. It has not been easy but we are really working hard towards it. Now we know that we have qualified so the next thing to do is to be ready for our new experience.
“For now, we are looking for sponsorship that will cater most of our expenses in the Premier League. We are also working towards in building our own mini stadium and as we speak now work is ongoing,” he told Starr Sports.
