Ghana’s sprinter, Emmanuel Dasor has qualified for the 2017 IAAF World Championship.
He made the mark with a time of 45.43secs and can participate at the event to be held from August 4-13.
The 23-year-old Western Kentucky University student placed second in the South Plains Area Track Conference USA Outdoor Championships in Texas on Sunday.
Dasor joins Janet Amponsah who clocked a time of 23.10 in the women’s 200 metres race at the 2017 War Eagle Invitational in Alabama as the only Ghanaian athletes to qualify for the 2017 IAAF Championship in August in London, United Kingdom.
