Ivorian duo Koffi Stevens and Kevin Zougoula scored for AS Tanda before former Berekum Chelsea striker Stephen Asare Baffour completed the emphatic victory at the Stade Demba Diop in Dakar.
The defeat means Wa All Stars are out of the special knockout competition for the league champions of Snegal, Liberia, Ivory Coast and Ghana.
The Northern Blues will however return home after the third-place match with a $3,000 prize.
Liberia’s Barrack Young Controllers face US Goree of hosts Senegal under the new floodlights at the Stade Demba Diop later on Friday night.
